I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2005 with Josh Griffiths. In 2015 he awarded me my black belt. I learned very early on that Jiu Jitsu is very fair, you get the result of the effort you put in. It’s a detail oriented sport and martial art that has improved every aspect of my life. Every day on the mat is a chance to learn and improve myself while helping to improve others. I’m very fortunate to be a part of Clockwork Jiu Jitsu and look forward to continued growth and learning.
