Fundamentals
Our white belt class is designed for anyone from complete beginner to novice in Jiu Jitsu and Grappling. It’s an intro to basic movements and techniques that incorporates exercises that dramatically improve strength, stamina, and flexibility. As you progress through this class you’ll develop a deep understanding of the fundamentals of Self Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Intermediate
Our Blue Belt Class picks up where our white belt class ends. Students start moving better and gaining a more technical understanding of the sport. We encourage them along their journey by introducing takedowns and more advanced techniques that build on the fundamentals they’ve learned. We do more sparring in this class and students’ development really begins to accelerate.
Mixed
This Class is open to all students and covers a wide variety of Jiu Jitsu techniques and concepts. We explore two moves systematically and spend the remaining 30 minutes of class sparring.
